Full Planning Service - $3,500

This service is for full planning and coordination which includes but is not limited to:

• Lead planner for vendor booking and communication, logistics planning, and design services

• Review of all vendor contracts

• Creation of wedding website, Save the Date’s, and invitations

• Assistance in budget management

• Unlimited communication

• Organization of RSVP’s, seating chart, and meal counts/dietary restrictions

• Development and distribution of timeline for all vendors

• Assistance and attendance to all vendor meetings

• Involvement in the creation of wedding décor items and set-up of these items

• Day-of coordination

• Complimentary 1 hour ceremony rehearsal

Packages and pricing are subject to change based on the personal needs of the client.

*An additional charge will be applied if significant travel is involved in the planning and/or coordinating process.

*An additional charge will be applied for each hour exceeding an 8 hour day-of limit.
