Partial Planning Service - $2,500

Lead Coordinator will provide the following services:

• Lead planner for vendor communication, logistics planning, and design services

• Unlimited communication

• Creation of wedding website, Save the Date’s, and invitations

• Organization of RSVP’s, seating chart, and meal counts/dietary restrictions

• Development and distribution of timeline for all vendors

• Involvement in the creation of wedding décor items and set-up of these items

• Day-of coordination

• Complimentary 1 hour ceremony rehearsal

Packages and pricing are subject to change based on the personal needs of the client.

*An additional charge will be applied if significant travel is involved in the planning and/or coordinating process.

*An additional charge will be applied for each hour exceeding an 8 hour day-of limit.
